Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) (Analytics → Key Performance Indicators) is a view where KPI targets are defined at the organization or team level. The targets are used as reference values in statistical views.
Basic Information of KPI
- Name — select from the dropdown menu (list of available KPI metrics). Required.
- Team — select either Region (entire organization) or an individual team. Required.
- Target Value — numerical target. Required.
What Are Targets Used For?
KPI targets serve as reference values in statistical views. For example, the percentage of video/medication dispensers may appear in the team’s statistical view, allowing the team to see how close they are to the target.
Note. The formula and calculation method for each KPI are defined in the system — the administrator only sets the target value, not the formula.
