Managing Alert type Groups

What Are Alert type Groups?

Trigger groups are classifications of alert types that allow you to create a group containing the triggers you select.

Examples

• Physiotherapists' Alert type Group – falls, increased risk of falling, need for physiotherapy.
• Technical Alert type Group – device connection issues, low battery.
• Home Care / Nursing Home Trigger Group – changes in health condition.
• Service Coordination – changes in service needs.

Opening the View

1. From the main menu, open Clients, Devices, and Alerts → Alert type Groups.

Creating a Group

1. Click + Add Group.
2. Enter the name and description.
3. Attach Alerts to the group.
4. Save.

Editing a Group

1. Open the group by clicking on it.
2. Make changes.
3. Save.
