General
The customer list is the caregiver's most important listing view. It contains all the customers you have access to, along with their status and urgency. This article describes the structure of the view, how to interpret the customer card, the urgency classification, as well as filters and sorting. From this screen, you can quickly find the customers who need attention the soonest in your daily work.
Using the View
- Open Customers from the main navigation.
- By default, the list shows the active customers of your own team in order of urgency.
- Clicking a row opens the customer's workspace.
Customer Card
Each customer is shown as a row that compiles the most essential information:

Search Filter Settings
- Team — focus on your own responsibilities.
- Alert Group — groups of alerts defined by the administrator.
- Labels
- Devices — people who have the device.
- Alert Types — people who have the specified alert.
- Archived Customers
Sorting
- Urgency (default).
- Name in alphabetical order.
Searching for a Customer
You can search for customers using the search field in the Customers view.
Search Criteria
The search recognizes the following information:
- First and last name (partial search is sufficient).
- Social security number (also partial).
Step-by-Step Searching
- Type at least 2 characters in the search field.
- Results update in real time.
- Select the desired customer from the list and the customer's profile will open.
Quick Search Tips
- Use the filters in the Customers view (team, area, label) if there are many matches.
Single Measurement and Measurement Group Tabs
- Single Measurement tab lets you select the measurement you want to see. After selection, you get a list of customers' measurement results based on your chosen criteria.
- Measurement Groups tab lets you select a group of measurements. Groups are predefined in Gilli and cannot be modified.
