Overview
The customer list is the most important listing view for the caregiver. It contains all the customers you have access to, along with their status and urgency. This article describes the structure of the view, interpretation of the customer card, urgency classification, as well as filters and sorting.
Using the View
- Open Customers from the main navigation.
- By default, the list shows your own team’s active customers in order of urgency.
- Clicking a row opens the customer’s workspace.
Customer Card
Each customer appears as a row that summarizes the most essential information:

| Labels | For filtering and identification. |
Search Filters
- Team — focus on your own responsibilities.
- Alert Group — a group of alerts defined by the administrator.
- Labels
- Devices — people who have the device.
- Alert Types — people who have the specified alert.
- Archived Customers
Sorting
- Urgency (default).
- Name in alphabetical order.
