Graphs illustrate measurement values over time. In the customer view, you can click different tiles to open the graphs. The timeline displays measurements in a table format in chronological order.
Date Range
The date range affects which events and measurements are shown in the graphs and timeline. Selecting the right period makes interpretation easier. By default, the date range is the current 3 months.
- Click the date picker.
- Set a custom start and end date.
- The view will update automatically.
Adding and Editing a Graph
- Open the customer's graph view.
- Press the menu in the top right corner.
- Select the meter you want to add to the view.
- You can arrange graphs by dragging them.
- Graphs can also be opened in table format and enlarged.
Viewing a Single Graph
A detailed view of a single graph provides an in-depth look at one meter over the selected time period.
- Measurement values and timestamps appear when you hover the mouse over a point.
Interpretation Helper Questions
- Is the trend rising, falling, or stable?
- Are there any individual spikes? What causes them?
- Are measurements frequent enough?
Timeline
The timeline shows the customer's measurements and triggers in chronological order in a table format.

Best Practices
- In the customer view, press the tile containing information that interests you to open the graph view focused on that data (e.g., vitals, service needs, health).
- Start with a longer time period to see the trend, then narrow down to individual measurements.
- Use the timeline during discussions with a doctor or family member to illustrate the data.
- Compare two periods (e.g., current month vs. previous month) when assessing changes.
Common Situations
"Graph or timeline appears empty"
There are no measurements in the selected time period — extend the period.
"Measurement unit is incorrect"
Check the source system and ask the administrator for help.
"One point clearly deviates from the others"
Check the background of the point. It may be a measurement error or a real event.
"Too many points, hard to interpret"
Shorten the date range or switch between graph and timeline views.
