What is Gillie?
Gillie is an AI-assisted service for social and healthcare professionals. It combines customer information from various sources into one view and produces structured summaries for the professional. The goal is to detect changes in the customer's situation in time, ensure care is properly targeted, and allow work time to be used where it is most beneficial.
In practice, Gillie:
- automatically collects data from home care visits, measuring devices, medication dispensers, safety phones, door and bed sensors, and patient information systems
- continuously analyzes data using artificial intelligence and produces Alerts when something requires review
- displays the customer's overall situation at a glance on different tabs (basic information, measurements, diagnoses, medication, visits, customer plan)
- supports daily work documentation by compiling customer data into an easy-to-read summary.

Where does Gillie get its information?
Gillie does not replace the patient information system and/or customer information system but operates alongside them. Data comes into Gillie through integrations. Typical sources include:
- customer data in the patient information system and/or customer information system such as laboratory results, diagnoses, medication, and records
- alerts from the safety phone service
- medication dispensing data, deviations, and errors from automatic medication dispensers
- data points from door and bed sensors
- Other possible devices sending blood pressure, weight, blood sugar, and other measurement data
Good to know. Ask your administrator for a list if you want to know exactly what data is coming into Gillie.
What does Gillie not do?
- Gillie does not replace the professional's clinical assessment. AI assessments support decision-making but are not treatment orders.
- Gillie does not send alerts to the customer – alerts are intended for various professional groups and, in some cases, also for family members.
Tip. Keep Gillie open alongside the patient information system. Gillie shows you the overall picture and changes.
