Customer Message Wall
Each customer has their own message wall where users can write messages. The messages are visible to people who have the rights to this functionality, and they can reply to messages and follow the message history. Rights can be granted not only to staff but also to relatives.
- Open the customer and select the messages tab.
- Browse message threads in chronological order.
- Write a new message and send it.
