Searching for a Customer
You can search for customers using the search field in the Customers view.
Search Criteria
The search recognizes the following information:
- First and last name (partial search is sufficient).
- Personal identification number (also partial).
Step-by-Step Search
- Type at least 2 characters into the search field.
- Results update in real time.
- Select the desired customer from the list and the customer's profile will open.
Quick Search Tips
- Use the filters in the Customers view (team, region, label) if there are many matches.
