Logging in to Gillie
Gillie is accessed with a username and password, and depending on the organization, also with two-factor authentication (2FA) or OpenID authentication (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID).
Basic Login
- Open the Gillie address in your browser.
- Enter your username (typically email) and password.
- If necessary, provide the second authentication factor.
- After logging in, the home view will open.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
2FA can be enabled for the user. In this case, after the basic authentication, a code is also requested in the 2FA view.
- A separate 2FA view is used during login.
OpenID / Single Sign-On (SSO)
The organization may use OpenID-based authentication (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID). In this case, login is done through the organization's authentication service and automatically returns to Gillie.
Login Issues
- Check your username and password — use password recovery if needed.
- Make sure you are using a supported browser.
- If the 2FA code does not work or the device is lost, contact the administrator.
