Team Members' Visibility and Responsibilities

Follow

General

The team is responsible for a group of customers. Team information typically comes from the source system. Team members see the same customers and their alerts, allowing work to be flexibly shared within the shift. Smooth collaboration requires clear responsibilities and a common communication method.

Responsibilities Within the Shift

Agree within the team who will handle alerts and notes during each shift. Common models:

  • Customer-specific responsibility – certain nurses are responsible for specific customers.
  • Shift-based on-call duty – one or two nurses handle all alerts during the shift.

Common Situations

"I don't see a customer who should be in our team"

  1. Check whether the customer is actually linked to the team (ask a supervisor to verify).
  2. Check your own team view.

"An alert is visible to me but not to my colleague"

The colleague does not belong to the same alert group.

"The team division seems outdated"

Submit a request for an update to the administrator.

Important. Never handle customer information that does not belong to your own team or job duties – even if you technically see the data.
