Customer Desktop, Tabs, and Navigation
The customer desktop, also known as the customer view, is the primary view for the caregiver. It consolidates the customer's information, measurements, messages, and AI-based views under one navigation.
Customer View Tabs
Depending on access rights and the products used by the organization, the customer view includes the following tabs/views:
| Tab | Content |
|---|---|
| Profile | Customer profile and basic information. |
| Details | Customer information update form. |
| Devices | Devices used by the customer. |
| Measurements | Customer measurements grouped. |
| Datapoints | Data points produced by devices. |
| Message wall | Customer-specific message wall. |
| Map / Location | Views related to customer location (when the device provides location). |
| Invite relative / Invite patient direct | Direct invitation of a relative or the customer. |
| AI assessment (list / detail / form) | AI-based assessments (e.g., RAI). |
| AI care plan (list / form) | AI-based care plans. |
| Integration report | Summary of integrations related to the customer. |
| Users report | Report on the use of customer data (audit). |
| Customer orders | Customer orders (when in use). |
| Forms | Forms (when in use). |
The visible tabs depend on the user's roles (including staff_customer_dashboard, staff_customer_device, staff_customer_message_wall, staff_aicareplan, staff_customer_forms, staff_customer_relative, staff_customer_patient_invite) and the products used by the organization.
