Forms and AI-Assisted Assessments (RAI, etc.)

General Information

Gillie supports structured assessment forms (including RAI assessments). Forms are completed in the customer's Forms view, and Gillie can pre-fill answers based on the customer's previous measurements and entries. This article describes the form list, filling out a new form, and reviewing a previous form.

Form List

  1. Open the customer.
  2. Navigate to the Forms view.
  3. The list shows forms completed for the customer in chronological order.

Columns in the List

  • # — row number.
  • Form Type — e.g., RAI assessment.
  • Time — when the form was started.
  • Measurements — how many recorded values the form contains.

List Functions

  • Fill out a new form — opens a menu where you select an available form template.
  • Click a row to open it — you can view the form details.

Filling Out a New Form

A new form is started by clicking the Fill out a new form button. Gillie retrieves suggested values for the form fields from the customer's previous data, so the person filling it out only needs to verify and complete the information.

  1. Select Fill out a new form and then choose the desired form template (e.g., RAI assessment).
  2. Go through the sections of the form.
  3. Check the suggested answer for each item and change it if necessary.
  4. Add a comment if needed to justify the answer.

Form Fields

The form is presented in a table format, with each row containing:

  • Identifier — the identifier of the form item.
  • Answer — the answer to be filled in for this item.
  • Previous Value — the same item from a previous assessment, if available.
  • Comment — a free text comment field.

Transferring Values to the Form System

Once form items are filled out, they can be transferred to the customer's information:

  • Transfer this section — transfers the answers from the selected section.
  • Transfer the entire plan — transfers all answers from the form at once.
  • Overwrite old values — determines whether previous values are replaced or retained as history.

Reviewing a Previous Form

Clicking on a form row opens a detail view where you can see the form answers and comparison data.

  1. Open the customer and go to the Forms view.
  2. Click the desired form from the list.

What the Detail View Contains

  • Identifier — the form item identifier.
  • Description — the description of the item.
  • Answer — the provided answer.
  • Time — when the answer was saved.

Tip. It is recommended to perform the RAI assessment at least every 6 months. Gillie will flag the customer's status if more than 6 months have passed since the last RAI assessment.

Good to know. Gillie's suggestions save time, but the responsibility for the assessment always lies with the professional.
