What AI Does in Gillie
Gillie’s AI automatically analyzes the client’s measurements and other collected data in the background. The analysis results in observations, which appear in daily care in two ways:
- Alerts — individual deviations (e.g., elevated blood pressure, fall risk, medication intake anomaly) appear in the Alerts view and receive a color and urgency level.
- Measurements — observations are saved in the client’s measurement data, so they appear in graphs and timelines alongside other monitoring information.
Activating the AI
The AI activates automatically for the client once the client profile is created in Gillie and measurement or device data begins to accumulate. No separate model selection or activation is required from the user. The scope of the analysis is determined by the service agreement and the organization’s settings.
Important. Observations produced by the AI support the healthcare professional’s decision-making. The final care decision is always the responsibility of the professional.
Viewing Observations
AI-generated observations can be reviewed from different views:
- Clients view — all open alerts in order of urgency.
- Single measurement tab — shows clients with the selected observation/measurement and the scoring.
- Measurement group tab — shows multiple observations/measurements simultaneously.
- Client view — individual deviations appear in measurement graphs.
Manual AI Run (Administrator)
An administrator can manually start AI runs from the view Start AI runs manually. This is typically necessary when historical data has been imported into the system and you want to see what observations the AI produces from it. Available options:
- Group of analyses to run
- Number of runs and run interval
- End date (day/hour)
- Status of observations to be created — history status prevents alert creation.
Once the run has started, a notification will appear in the system alerts when the run is complete. Repeated runs of the same analysis group may produce duplicates.
