What AI Does in Gillie
Gillie’s AI automatically analyzes the customer’s measurements and other collected data in the background. The analysis results in observations that appear in everyday care in two ways:
- Alerts — individual anomalies (e.g., elevated blood pressure, fall, medication intake anomaly) appear in the Alerts view and are assigned a color and urgency level.
- In measurements and data points — observations are saved to the customer’s measurement data, making them visible in graphs and timelines alongside other monitoring information.
Activating AI
AI is automatically activated for the customer once the customer profile is created in Gillie and measurement or device data begins to accumulate. No separate model selection or activation is required from the user. The extent of the analysis is determined by the service agreement and the organization’s settings.
Important. Observations produced by the AI serve as support for healthcare professionals’ decision-making. The final care decision is always the responsibility of the professional.
Reviewing Observations
AI-generated observations can be reviewed from different views:
- Customers view — all open alerts listed by urgency.
- Single measurement tab — shows customers with the selected observation/measurement and scoring.
- Measurement group tab — displays multiple observations/measurements simultaneously.
- Customer view — individual anomalies appear in measurement graphs and the data point list.
Manual AI Run (Administrator)
An administrator can manually start AI runs from the Start AI runs manually view. This is typically necessary when historical data has been imported into the system and you want to see what observations the AI produces from it. Available options:
- Group of analyses to run
- Number of runs and run interval
- End date (day/hour)
- Status of created observations — the history status prevents alerts from being generated.
When the run has started, a notification is shown in the system notifications when the run is complete. Re-running the same analysis group may produce duplicates.
