General Information
The Medication view displays the customer's current medications as received from the source system. The information is in read-only mode; actual medication changes are always made in the original system. This view is primarily used by nurses, pharmacists, and dispensers.
Important. Gillie is not the source for current medication information.
Opening
- Open the customer.
- Navigate to the medication view.
- The list shows current medications, and it is also possible to view previous medications from there.
What appears on the list
- Medication name and strength.
- Dosage, start, stop, and product information as provided by the source system.
Best Practices
- If the customer's medication card shows anomalies detected by artificial intelligence, it is advisable to review them.
