General Information
The Medication view displays the customer's current medications as received from the source system. The information is in read-only mode; actual medication changes are always made in the original system.
Important. Gillie is not the source for the current medication.
Opening
- Open the customer.
- Navigate to the medication view.
- The list shows current medications, and it is also possible to load previous medications from there.
What appears on the list
- The name and strength of the medication.
- Dosage, start, stop, and product as provided by the source system.
Best Practices
- If there are AI-detected anomalies on the customer's medication card, it is advisable to review them.
