General
Alerts appear in Gilli as color-coded bars that indicate the urgency level of the alert at a glance.
Colors and Urgency Levels
| Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Red | Immediate response is recommended. |
| Yellow | Response is recommended within three days. |
| Gray | Response is recommended within 30 days. |
There are three alert levels: red, yellow, and gray. Active alerts are shown with their color coding on the list, and acknowledged alerts move off the active view.
Status Icons in the List
- An open alert is visible in the customer list, and the icons indicate the type of alert.
- Hovering the mouse over an icon displays additional information.
- Acknowledged alerts are removed from the list of active alerts.
Best Practices
- Respond to red alerts immediately. Do not leave them in the queue.
- Acknowledge an alert only after the action has been taken and recorded.
- Check unprocessed yellow alerts at the start or end of the day.
