Device Views in Gillie
Devices can be viewed at the organization level, per customer, or from the warehouse management perspective. This article describes all three views.
Devices View and Columns
The main navigation Devices view lists all devices in the organization. Search settings help filter devices on the List, Quantities, and Map tabs.
Devices in the Customer View
On the customer's Devices tab, only the devices used by that customer are shown:
- Device type.
- Device status and last connection.
The customer view allows a quick check to see if all agreed devices are in use and online.
Device Warehouses
The warehouse view shows how many of each device type are in stock.
Warehouse balances update automatically when devices are paired to the device warehouse in the source system.
