Data Monitoring

This article describes the real-time monitoring of alarms and the review of individual alarms.

Where to Find the Information

1. Open the Customer view and select service needs from the visits and emergency calls tile.
2. Door alarms, visits, and emergency calls are displayed on a graph.
3. The icon indicates the type of information, and by hovering the mouse over or clicking the icon, the time and additional details of the information are shown (for example, visit notes, reason for the emergency call).

Door alarms can also be sent as notifications via email or mobile app according to user settings.
