General Information
User feedback guides the development of Gillie. You can submit both bug reports and development suggestions directly through the system.
Submitting Feedback
- Open Create a support request from the right side of the screen.
- Create the support request from the screen where the issue occurs. This way, the support request will include information about which screen it was submitted from.
- Select the priority based on how critical the bug or question is (CRITICAL / SERIOUS / MODERATE / QUESTION).
- Write the description as clearly as possible.
- Submit the support request and you will receive a response via email.
Structure of Good Feedback
- What was I trying to do?
- What happened?
- What did I expect to happen?
- Reproducibility — does it happen always or randomly?
- Impact on work — critical or minor disruption?
What Happens to the Feedback
- Received and classified.
- Bugs are fixed according to priority.
- Development suggestions are evaluated by product management.
- You will receive a response or update on the situation.
Best Practices
- Don’t hesitate to report, as even small observations are valuable.
- Do not include personal information in the feedback text.
- If it is a critical bug, select the priority CRITICAL for the support request.
Tip. Many of Gillie’s best features have originated from user suggestions, and we hope for the same going forward!
