General

This section compiles the most common situations encountered while using Gillie and their solutions. Review the list before submitting a support request.

Unable to Log In

  • Check your username and password.
  • Browser cookies may be corrupted; clear them.
  • If the account is locked or login still fails after the above steps → Contact your administrator.

The View is Slow

  • Refresh the browser (Ctrl+F5).
  • Close unnecessary tabs.
  • Reduce the time range or filter the view if there is a lot of data.
  • Check your internet connection.

Information is Missing or Incorrect

  • Check the source system, as data is usually modified there.
  • Contact your organization's administrator.

Alert Does Not Appear

  • Make sure that data from the source system is arriving (e.g., client view visits and emergency calls under the latest entries). Typically, Gillie synchronizes data with the source system once a day.
  • Check if your alert group is correct (client view → search settings → show alert).
  • Check if you have other filters enabled in the search settings that might be blocking the view.

You See Incorrect Items or Functions Are Missing

  • Your permissions are likely limited. Contact your administrator regarding access rights.

Submitting a Support Request

  1. Send a contact request through the create support request window in the upper right corner.
  2. Create the support request from the screen where the issue occurs. This way, the support request will include information about which screen the request was made from.
  3. Describe the problem in detail.
  4. Attach a screenshot if necessary.

Tip. A well-described support request is resolved faster. Focus on one good request rather than five incomplete ones.
