General
This section compiles the most common situations encountered while using Gillie and their solutions. Review the list before submitting a support request.
Unable to Log In
- Check your username and password.
- Browser cookies may be corrupted; clear them.
- If the account is locked or login still fails after the above steps → Contact your administrator.
The View is Slow
- Refresh the browser (Ctrl+F5).
- Close unnecessary tabs.
- Reduce the time range or filter the view if there is a lot of data.
- Check your internet connection.
Information is Missing or Incorrect
- Check the source system, as data is usually modified there.
- Contact your organization's administrator.
Alert Does Not Appear
- Make sure that data from the source system is arriving (e.g., client view visits and emergency calls under the latest entries). Typically, Gillie synchronizes data with the source system once a day.
- Check if your alert group is correct (client view → search settings → show alert).
- Check if you have other filters enabled in the search settings that might be blocking the view.
You See Incorrect Items or Functions Are Missing
- Your permissions are likely limited. Contact your administrator regarding access rights.
Submitting a Support Request
- Send a contact request through the create support request window in the upper right corner.
- Create the support request from the screen where the issue occurs. This way, the support request will include information about which screen the request was made from.
- Describe the problem in detail.
- Attach a screenshot if necessary.
Tip. A well-described support request is resolved faster. Focus on one good request rather than five incomplete ones.
