Gillie user with admin rights access can

  • Create and update users and customize permissions
  • Customize alert settings
  • Set up integrations

Here you can see system level overall status view, like info about background jobs and connected devices.



You can create new users, customize user permissions, and remove users in this view.

You give access to persons data 

  • By default user have access to all persons
  • You can set access rights for persons with teams
  • User can be a member of one or many teams
  • Person has a list of the teams that are allowed to process the person's data

How to proceed:

  1. What is the name of the team (e.g Southern-Helsinki District)
  2. Who are the members of the team (Nurse Mary, Nurse Joan)
  3. Who are the patients of the team ? (Bill Miller, Anne White)

Roles define the permissions of a user group/role.

In addition to Gillie's permanent roles, you can define new custom roles. Note that permanent roles are automatically updated, when new permissions/functionalities are added to the system. Custom roles are not automatically modified.

API keys

API keys provide access to Gillie

External applications use a randomly generated API key for identification. With API key application or integration can use the same API's that power Gillie.

AI generates alerts. Alert types are described here.



Here can neural network  be trained by Gillie experts. You don't have to do it.



Area is typically geographical area. As a default there is always at least one area. 

The use of the many areas mainly applies to the situation, where organization A provides services to geographical areas X and Y, and it is desired that users of areas X and Y should not see each other's information. 



Gille collects once a day a list of persons with a paired device.

 All users can change area, if there is more than one area.
