What is label?
A label is a way of categorizing a person by type, represented by a color and term. There are 12 label colors to choose from in Gillie.
A single person can have multiple labels. Colored labels will display on the person list and on the dashboard.
Picture: You can sort and filter persons by labels. In this example Harry Black receives treatment from care Team Northern Helsinki. Harrys measurements - like blood pressure - will be transfer to EPIC PHR. Click + symbol in search field to filter with labels.
Labels can be also used for integration rules settings.
Create labels
- Log in as administrator
- Click Labels in the left menubar
- Click + New button
- Give the label a name
- Give sort group
- Select colour
- Click save

Set labels to person
- Log in as professional
- Click Persons in the left menubar, select a person by clicking a person in the list
- Click dropdown button in the dashboard
- Click person's details in drop down menu
- Add labels in person's detail view
- Click save

Use labels in integration settings
You can use labels to control integrations. It is not mandatory to use labels.
- Log in as administrator
- Click Integrations in the left menubar
- Click integration in the list
- Add settings to selected integration
- Click save
- Click Notifications or/and Datapoints folder to select events and measurement that trigger integration
